Bordeaux wine-maker Fabrice Domercq will be hosting this informal Beer & Wine Tasting and Supper.

Although his vines are in the Bordeaux region, Fabrice is based in Brussels and is a good buddy of Jean Van Roy of Cantillon, hence the idea to pair the food for this fun & informal event with both the organic, food-friendly Lambic beers of this iconic Belgian brewery and his own wines of Ormiale.These will include his unusual dry 'Pétillant Naturel' fizz as well as 2 of his fabulous red Bordeaux wines.

The evening will start with a generous tasting of 3 Cantillon sour beers, followed by a supper of Buvette's own Charcuterie, Pot au Feu (a rustic dish of braised meats) and cheese, each paired with a different wine.
The dessert of the traditional Cannelé de Bordeaux will be accompanied by a raspberry infused Cantillon beer.
